- Using the roller compactor, slab can be compacted to be compacted to a target density using load.
- To prepare wheel tracking specimen and to provide slave / to be cut for bending fatigue test.
- The units is pneumatically powered and is fully enclosed by a safety cut off switch for complete operator safety.
Description
The apparatus comprises :-
- Steel frame roller compactor with roller segment reciprocating mould support table, pneumatic actuators for reciprocating table and applying compaction force.
- PLC controller for compacting start, emergency stop, automatic selection and number of roller passes.
- Different level of vertical for can be selected up to approximately 12 kN.
